The Domaine de Moné in Ruillé en Champagne is surrounded by greenery with no nearby neighbours, making it the ideal venue for events such as weddings, birthdays, christenings, cousinhood celebrations, retreats, etc.
It comprises 2 gîtes:
- In the main building, "le Grand Moné" (accessible to PRM): 110 m2 reception room with tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. A large professional kitchen including: a 5-burner gas hob with a large electric oven, another large professional electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave oven, a large double-door fridge, a single-door fridge, a freezer, a professional fast dishwasher, 2 double-bowl dishwashers, 1 single-bowl dishwasher, a 100-cup coffee machine, 2 coffee makers, 1 kettle, plates, cutlery, stemware and glasses, cups, jugs, etc.
Sleeps 32 people in 5 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and easily accessible to disabled guests, and a large dormitory. 4 WCs and 3 bathrooms (including 1 bathroom with WC on the ground floor that is accessible for people with reduced mobility). Another unusual room for 2 people has also been set up in the Domaine's former hemp oven (accessible only in fine weather).
The courtyard and vast garden surrounding the Grand Moné, as well as a room in the barn, can be used to organise receptions, secular ceremonies, etc. The entire estate is fenced and secure for children.

- The secondary building "le Petit Moné" can accommodate up to 8 people. Le Petit Moné can also be rented on its own when the Grand Moné is unoccupied.
On the ground floor, this cosy little flat has: a sofa, a TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, an electric oven and a fridge with a small freezer in the upper section, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, crockery, a bathroom with a washbasin and a walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs, two separate bedrooms for 4 people, accessible via two separate staircases.
Terrace to the rear.
