Outside the hall, there is a large tarmac car park and lawn areas for cocktails, secular weddings and social gatherings. Adjoining the hall is a large 105m² terrace and a petanque court, all set in 1.5 hectares of grounds. The outdoor area is ideal for walks or playing in the green spaces, so you can enjoy the countryside and the rhythm of nature.
A 15-bed gîte and 280m² of additional accommodation, everything is designed to provide you with a cosy "home from home" and ensure you have a pleasant stay. Inside and out, space and generosity are the watchwords.
On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall leads to a 50m² lounge with sofas and armchairs for cocooning or relaxing, and an adjoining billiards room. A large 60m² dining room with two long family tables for enjoying meals with friends or family, a library corner with a board games area, and a table football room above. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 fridge-freezers, crockery and cutlery with a central island for preparing tasty meals and an intimate breakfast. Large picture windows open onto the terrace, which is not overlooked. Three chic and cosy bedrooms, 2 of 10 m² and one of 13 m², each with its own theme (jungle-cabana-baroque), with double beds, bed linen and towels provided. A bathroom with a small corner bath, a large glass-enclosed shower cubicle and double washbasins, towel rail, hairdryer and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a large mezzanine with armchairs for reading or relaxing, an 18m² bedroom with wooden beams and midnight-blue wallpaper, comprising a double bed and a single bed, and a wardrobe, a 21m² forest-themed bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds as well as a wardrobe, an 11m² bedroom with 2 single beds with shelves and coat rack, and a shower room with double washbasin and toilet, towel rail and hairdryer.
Outside, to the rear of the gîte, there is a large terrace with garden furniture, a lean-to for convivial meals in summer, and a 10m x 4m swimming pool with bar cover and garden chairs, all overlooking the unoverlooked countryside.
The gîte is set in 1.5 hectares of land with the river "La Vègre" below, allowing you to enjoy a walk in harmony with nature.
