A pretty route under green cover that takes you from La Flèche to Baugé and back again.
La Flèche, which has been awarded the "Plus Beaux Détours de France" label, boasts a remarkable heritage along the banks of the Loir, including the Château des Carmes, the Corn Exchange, the Bruère mill and the Prytanée National Militaire. There is also the La Monnerie leisure centre and the famous zoo.
Baugé-en-Anjou has been awarded the "Petites Cités de Caractère" label. Here you can discover the town's historic centre, the Château du Roi René and its remarkable museography, the astonishing apothecary...
If you continue along the greenway a little further south of Baugé, you'll be able to see the distinctive twisted bell tower of the church of Le Veil Baugé. You can take a picnic break at the local lake.
