The Canoë-Kayak Club du Mans has set up shop in the town's harbour for the season, offering canoe hire.
Historically located on the town's sports island, this year the CKCM is coming to meet the people of Le Mans by setting up its hire point on the banks of the Sarthe, near the harbourmaster's office.
With friends or family, with or without a reservation, come along, discover and explore, from as little as €5.00 per person.
In addition to its club activities, the Le Mans canoe-kayak club offers accompanied hire for works councils, stag and hen parties, social centres, schools, disabled people, etc.
A rental service:
10€/person on a signposted route
Newton walk / Abbaye de l'Épau
duration 2 hours
Supervision for groups:
44€/hour for a group of up to 14 people
duration of the walk 5 hours or 258€.
Suggested route :
from the Ile aux Sports to the Muraille du Vieux Mans,
with picnic (not provided).
