Situated in the commune of Parigné l'Evêque, this beautiful forest is made up of a wide variety of environments: ponds, peaty areas, wet and dry moorland, grassland and high forest. Large mammals, particularly wild boar, are well represented on this site, which is listed in the national inventory of Natural Areas of Ecological, Faunistic and Floristic Interest.
