A path around the marshes takes you through a well-preserved bocage landscape of reed beds, alluvial woodland, wet meadows, ponds and hedgerows. This diversity of natural environments, rich in biodiversity, makes it a unique site for walking and observation. This is the largest area of reed beds and pike spawning grounds in the Sarthe department.
There are three educational trails: Grand Tour du Marais (3km/1h30), Sentier découverte en famille (1km/45 min) and Sentier en immersion (1km/45 min). There are plenty of interactive panels along the way for young and old to enjoy. Paths accessible for PRM and pushchairs.
Bike rack, horse rack, parking for all vehicles (buses, etc.). Motorised vehicles are not permitted on the trails.
An educational booklet accompanying the Family Discovery Trail is available at the reception desks of the Pays Fléchois Community of Communes, the town halls of La Flèche, Bazouges sur le Loir and Cré sur Loir, the CPIE and the OTVL.
Educational backpacks are also available for loan against a deposit at the OTVL reception desk.
