Sébastien Cornille, the winemaker, is originally from Sancerre. He has always worked in the vineyards, even on Reunion Island, and since then he has worked tirelessly and passionately on them.
The emphasis is on the grapes, always favouring quality over quantity. Working in this way inevitably creates a strong bond between the winemaker and his vineyard. It's a complex but open relationship that serves the vines, the land and the terroir.

CELLAR IMMERSION + TASTING: €10 per person.
CELLAR + VINEYAR EXPLORATION + TASTING: €20 per person.
