The Ferme de la Grande Mousse is divided into three workshops: the "cultivation" workshop, which mainly feeds the animals, the "dairy" workshop, with 100 dairy cows, and the "cheese-making" workshop, which processes some of the milk. Estelle Lory can also organise group tours of the farm and product tastings.
Products on offer: Bottled raw milk, butter, cream, faisselle, fromage frais, matured cheese, yoghurt, fromage blanc, dessert cream, etc.
