Poultry from Sarthe, a jewel in the crown of French gastronomy!

Starting with the "Le Mans" breed, Gwenaël Lhuissier has succeeded in sublimating this hen, which is now cooked by some of France's top chefs.

After rebuilding the breed, Gwénaël Lhuissier is now offering a noble poultry for sale: the Le Mans breed, one of the oldest in France. He produces his own chicks in a chemical-free environment, and then rears the birds for 7 months for the Le Mans chickens, 8 months for the poulardes and 10 months for the capons. The unique flavour comes from the ripeness of the meat and the buckwheat, raw milk and barley finish.
