Arnaud Juglet, Nicolas Tison and Laurent Étienne have been working with sustainable agriculture since 2005 to bring you cold-pressed rapeseed and sunflower oil without additives. Rapeseed oil has a strong flavour, is rich in omega 3 and is used for seasoning. Sunflower oil, which is more neutral, is ideal for cooking.
