Corinne Fiorilla and Fabien Meignan aim to make products that suit their tastes, using French fruit and sometimes fruit from other origins as part of an anti-waste approach. The jams are made with organic cane sugar, in copper vats that allow them to work with small quantities to preserve the taste and beautiful colour of the fruit.
La Fée Confiture came 10th in the Michelet Trophy, the French championship for artisan jam-makers.

Products on offer: jam, jelly, preserves, syrup, compote, tomato sauce, traditional Sarthe aperitif (cooked wine), etc.

Sales at the workshop (by appointment)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9am-5pm
At markets (even weeks)
- Wednesday: Connerré
- Friday: Le Mans (Les Jacobins) and Bonnétable
- Saturday: Le Mans (Cité des Pins) and La Ferté-Bernard
