A young farmer in the Vallée du Loir, Guillaume Loyer welcomes you to his farm, where he rears free-range poultry. He will explain all the stages of production, from harvesting the cereals to preparing the poultry.

Guillaume, Paysan Volailler, is a three-time winner of the Concours Général Agricole and one-time winner of the Prix d'Excellence, and offers you authentic free-range poultry reared for at least 120 days: chickens, guinea fowl, hens, cockerels, ducklings, turkeys and capons, poultry cuts and by-products: chipolatas, poultry rillettes. At the end of the year: festive poultry (turkeys, guinea fowl, poulardes, capons).
Order by Wednesday for collection on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.
