La Chapelle is first and foremost a charming 19th-century residence full of character and elegance, set in 2200 m² of greenery in the heart of the Sarthe town of Mamers and on the outskirts of the Perche region.
The welcome is simple and friendly, but with great attention to detail.
The guest room is in a duplex, an annex facing the main house. The duplex is reserved exclusively for guests: a large entrance hall equipped with a kitchen area (sink, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, etc.), a large, bright living room with TV, internet connection and sofa bed. A shower room with basin, WC and large Italian shower. On the mezzanine, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm). Possibility of 2 extra beds in a 2 person sofa bed, width 140 (30€/pers/night).
Enjoy a gourmet breakfast with homemade jam on the terrace or in the dining room of the main house or in the dining area of the annexe.
A wifi connection and a car park adjoining the property are at your disposal.
