The house is located in the heart of the Loir Valley, with its forest paths, cycle tracks, the Lac de la Monnerie leisure area, the Prytanée National Militaire and, of course, the legendary La Flèche Zoo. Next to the Marais de Cré-sur-Loir nature reserve and numerous fishing spots. At the crossroads of the châteaux of Le Lude and Durtal and at the gateway to the châteaux of the Loire Valley, you're sure to have a great time.
With a surface area of 90m2, the house has 2 bedrooms upstairs:
The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed.
A second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and 2 bunk beds (90cm).
WC available upstairs.
On the ground floor, a third bedroom with a 160cm bed, a large wardrobe and a TV.
A single bed is available in the lounge.
The house is fully equipped to cater for toddlers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, and there is a large dining room and lounge.
The shower room is on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower and washbasin.
Free WiFi, televisions, barbecue and fireplace.
The price includes all utilities (water, electricity, heating).

The house has a courtyard, a private enclosed garden (approx. 1000m2) and pets (sheep and chickens) for the enjoyment of young and old alike. Our animal friends are very welcome.
The house is only 2 hours' drive from Paris and 2 hours from Nantes (A11).
La Flèche is served by an SNCF bus station.
