Tastefully renovated outbuilding of a private mansion house, located in the heart of the town, 4 km from La Flèche zoo and 2 minutes from the Prytanée National.
On the ground floor, you will find a lounge, a fitted kitchen and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, you'll find a bathroom (with a bath and 1 large washbasin) and 2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (160cm) and 1 with 2 single beds (90cm).
You will have access to our swimming pool, shared with our 2 guest rooms, between 2pm and 6pm.
Bed linen and bath mats are included in the rental price.
Towels can be hired for €6 per person.
No private parking, but spaces are easily available in the street.
