The village has a grocery shop - Bar - Press just a few minutes' walk away for your supplies, as well as numerous footpaths and places for walking, cycling, hiking...
Not far from the banks of the Loir (for fishermen), 8 km from the Durtal motorway exit, halfway between Angers and Le Mans, and 8 km from the town of La Flèche (72200).
You'll be close to the La Flèche Zoo, the La Flèche Prytanée Militaire, the La Monnerie water sports centre, the Baugé and Sablé sur Sarthe golf courses, and numerous châteaux and tourist attractions.
For car enthusiasts, the gîte is 45 km from the Le Mans 24 Hours race circuit.
Le Gîte du Misfon is a house and an annexe with a 1970s feel, set in superb private landscaped grounds of more than 5 hectares with many century-old trees, a car park, a secure pond and a very large 15 x 5 m swimming pool (heated and accessible from April to September, depending on the weather), which is fully secured by a roller shutter.

- THE HOUSE: entrance hall with cupboards, fitted kitchen, lounge with sofas and armchairs, open fireplace, record player with vinyl records available, dining room with table and chairs, corridor leading to 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with Italian shower, separate wc. All opening onto a large terrace with views and access to the pond and barbecue (fixed).
- THE ANNEXE a few steps from the house (50/60m): 3 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room and wc, also overlooking the lake.
An ideal stopover for families or groups of friends, company seminars or evenings, car collectors' clubs, cycling clubs, ramblers, business trips, etc.
INFORMATION: The site is completely private (no other guests during your stay). Pets are not allowed. Secure parking on the property.
