Recently restored with their own gardens and parking, we are pleased to offer you our 2 gîtes, in an old family farmhouse. They can be rented separately or together, depending on your requirements. Each gîte has its own outdoor space and private parking. When the gîtes were renovated in August 2024, we opted for French-made, luxury hotel-style bedding and antique furniture to create a cosy atmosphere. A warm welcome! The gîte is in an old farmhouse 3km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. It is a detached house surrounded by green spaces: landscaped gardens, private terraces and a pond make up the landscape of the property, which covers a total area of 4,220 m2. Other dwellings live alongside the gîte. It's an ideal place to discover the Alpes Mancelles region, meet up with family or friends, or simply enjoy a natural environment.Ground floor: open-plan kitchen and utility room equipped with 2 fridges/freezers, microwave, 2 dishwashers, washing machine. Large lounge/living room (56m2) 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: bed 160x190, accessible for people with reduced mobility, bedroom 2: bed 160x190 en suite/wc adapted for people with reduced mobility and separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (bedroom 3: bed 140x190, bedroom 4: 4 bunk beds 90x190), en suite/wc. and a large games room of 59 m2 with table football and table tennis and additional beds, 2 beds 140cm and 1 bed 90 cm 2kits superposed. Facilities: 2 flat-screen TVs, wifi (fibre has arrived!), fireplace. The bedding in the double beds is brand new and of French manufacture, palace hotel class for a good night's sleep.
