In the south of the Sarthe countryside, detached house on the host's property, between Tours and Le Mans, close to the 24H race circuit, La Flèche zoo (25 mins), close to the Bercé forest and its many footpaths, Le Lude castle, 1 hour from the Châteaux of the Loire and the region's main vineyards.
An ideal location for nature lovers and fishing enthusiasts at the local lake.
Sleeps: 2 (cot available). Ground floor: large, bright living room with bay window opening onto the landscaped garden (shared plot).
Fitted kitchen (hob, oven, fridge/freezer).
Living room: sofa, usable TV (connected from a computer - HDMI cable provided - no TNT or other channels), wifi from shared laptop data.
Wood-burning stove, log basket provided free of charge for two days in the cold season. Italian-style shower, heated towel rail and washing machine. 1 separate WC.
Mezzanine: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 reading area.
Small independent terrace, large garden with deckchairs.
Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival).
Private car park.
All shops 3 km away.
Motorway exit A81 No 25 - Écommoy 15 minutes away.
