Just 10 minutes from La Flèche and its zoo, the gîte de la Pauverdière, adjoining the gîte Les Vignes but not overlooked, offers everything you need to relax in peace and quiet, stroll through the small villages in the surrounding area and admire the countryside on foot or by bike at La Vélobussonnière, just 200 m away.
Set in 6,000m2 of greenery, this 160m2 farmhouse is a 4-star-rated furnished holiday home with, on the ground floor :
- a large living room of 50 m2,
- a kitchen fitted with professional equipment, a plancha table, a raclette machine, an electric wok and a waffle iron,
- a large bedroom with a double bed (160x190 or convertible into 2 80x190 beds) and a shower room with PRM access.
Upstairs you will find: 2 large bedrooms, each with a 160*200 bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140*190) and a single bed (90*190) and a shower room with WC.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
For your leisure, there is an outdoor play area for children aged 3 to 12, a table tennis table and a petanque area.
Bed linen and towels can be hired on request for €10 per person.
A cleaning fee of €80 is compulsory for professionals.
