This chalet, on the site of an old mill, offers you an exceptional natural environment. A large pond of almost one hectare, with a small stream running through it, allows you to observe nature or fish.
The chalet comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, oven and hob, microwave. A bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin. A bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) plus 1 single bed (90cm). A south-facing covered terrace facing the pond and a covered terrace for meals with an outdoor fireplace.
A moment of pleasure with the fishing on the spot and many possibilities of tourist visits in Perche. The pond, which has not been fished much for 20 years, is well stocked with common carp weighing between 2 and 6 kilos, as well as roach and perch. NO KILL only.
