La Richardière : le Clos

Here you are in the heart of a beautiful 18th-century estate, a former wine-producing estate and Seigneurial fiefdom, close to the Jasnières hillsides.

Choosing the "clos" to stay here is to adopt the slow travel lifestyle, comfortable and bright.
Upstairs, a charming bedroom space in a vast workshop lit by glass roofs.
On the ground floor, the living room opens onto a kitchen area and bathroom decorated with mosaics on the floor and shower!
The mosaics were created by "Garance mosaïque" in Paris.
La Richardière has been renovated in keeping with the existing style, using the finest local materials.
A spirit of modernity pervades the interiors, where past and present blend elegantly.
The furniture was sourced from second-hand dealers in La Chartre sur le Loir.
Everything is designed for comfort, including care products.
The kitchen top is a contemporary chef's piano, so you can get on with cooking in the ideal way, thanks to the right equipment.

The enclosed courtyard opens onto one of the estate's vast courtyards, where you can take time out for a meal or a relaxing moment outdoors.

The surrounding 7 hectares of private land are freely accessible for walking or exploring the vineyards.
Do you have a creative spirit? You'll love the spirit of the house. Painting and printmaking courses are organised here in April, May and June, with artist Nathalie Grenier, your host. A few days away from it all, to experiment or practise at your own level, using the materials provided.
