Ground floor: 40 m2 living room with TV lounge area and fireplace, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), 1 bedroom with double bed and shower room, 1 billiards room, TV socket, DVD player. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 interconnecting bedrooms with 4 single beds, shower room or bathroom, WC, TV socket in each bedroom. Electric heating.terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, boules pitch, linen room. Enclosed parking and garage. On-site dairy farm with free tour; opportunity to watch milking. Walking, horse-riding and mountain bike trails in the Bercé forest start 50 m from the gîte. Linen hire available (€10/bed and €8/person). Baby equipment available.
Electricity and firewood charges not included, to be paid directly to the owners on departure. Internet wifi with fibre.
