In a green setting at the heart of our ostrich farm, you can enjoy a peaceful family holiday in an unusual Finnish kota on the edge of our pond. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay and to keep you busy in the evenings. After eating a plancha on the secure 40m² terrace, you can take a dip in the Nordic bath on request.
The kota has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a living area with a table and bench, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
Fishing is available on site for enthusiasts, and the presence of animals will delight young and old alike.
Ideally located just 25 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and 35 minutes from the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit, you'll also be close to the Bercé forest, ranked 6th nationally among forests with the "forêt d'exception" label, offering great walks, cycle rides and horse-riding, as well as discovering Carnuta, the Maison de l'homme et de la forêt in Jupilles.
The famous Château du Lude is just a few kilometres away, and you can also visit the Plantagenêt town in the old town of Le Mans or have a good time at the Papéa Parc theme park.

Also ideal for business trips, we're just 10 minutes from the Montabon junction of the A28 motorway.
