La Richardière : Le Bois

A beautiful gite offering the chance to stay in a majestic, atypical setting in the heart of a preserved natural environment in a recently renovated former 18th-century Seigneurial stronghold.
This 80 m2 duplex apartment (sleeps 2 to 4) is housed in the former hayloft and stables.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a study offering a breathtaking view of the property's wine storehouse.
A vast 35 m2 room is located under a glass roof on the same level.
Two single beds provide additional sleeping accommodation in this room, which can also be transformed into a workshop or a room for reflection.
The downstairs lounge/dining room welcomes you, with direct access to the outside dining and relaxation area.
For the comfort of residents, a beautiful kitchen has been designed in a modern style, with a dishwasher, and decorated with Roman mosaics from "Garance mosaïque" Paris.
The brand-new bathroom adjoins the bedroom upstairs.
A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities is available in the same building.
We provide linen and any other services you may require, such as additional crockery.

To enjoy the outdoors and the exceptional atmosphere of the manor house, we have provided tables and sun loungers in front of the accommodation, a barbecue near the bakery (bread oven) and free access to the surrounding meadows and vineyards.
There are many short and long walks from la Richardière.
The guidebooks are also full of suggestions for cycling, driving or walking.
Our main concern is to make your stay as easy as possible in the peaceful surroundings of La Richardière, where everything is so inspiringly beautiful.
You'll want to drop in to discover the beautiful surrounding area and its treasures, or simply recharge your batteries in the unspoilt atmosphere at the heart of nature.
On-site art workshops, staying for a few days. Dates are scheduled for April, May and September. Open to all.
