L'îlotCo is located in a peaceful natural setting, in a 6-hectare wooded environment. See photos of the site on this page.
The two rooms were created in August 2023. They are located on the 1st floor, accessible by a 1m20 wide staircase and independent from the rest of the premises.
We would like to welcome you to this magnificent country guest house, located on the edge of the centre of Saint-Georges-Du-Bois, 8 km from the centre of Le Mans and its TGV station.
Access to the old town of Le Mans, the 24-hour circuit, the university and the hospital in 15 mins.
Direct bus link to the TGV station (line 34).
Motorway access is 3 mins away.
On your arrival, a car park will allow you to park comfortably 150m from your accommodation. A luggage drop-off point can be set up if required. A disabled parking space is available at the foot of the building.
Practical information
Each room has its own entrance, shower room and WC. Each room can accommodate 3 adults and we can add an extra bed for a child if required.
Bed linen, towels, soap, hairdryer and courtesy tray are all provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For families, a cot can be installed in the room.
Our café-canteen area on the ground floor serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our cuisine is homemade, healthy, local and mainly organic (meals by prior arrangement). You'll also find board games and books.
We do not accept pets. The room is non-smoking (as is the whole building).
No fridge or microwave.
