The attic space under the roof is around 1.70 m high and comprises a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room with washbasin and shower, opening onto the landing - office area. Reversible air-conditioning
Outside, terrace (electric awning), play area with boules pitch and small wooden shed. A gate gives access below to the fitness trail located on the river towpath, which allows you to reach the village centre (shops and services) on foot. The house is accessed via a sloping driveway below. The 600m² grounds are planted with trees.
