The studio is brand new. You'll find limewash, lime stucco and waxed concrete all done by me.
It's cosy and functional, on the first floor of my house (independent access).
Access to the flat is via a key box or in person, depending on my availability.
On request and depending on availability, I can provide access to my garden.
It can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to its double bed and sofa that can be converted into a bed.
There is no TV (nor wifi) but you can : Play the djembe, read a book! (I can also lend you games on request.

Security
Be careful when accessing the mezzanine and opening the door once upstairs, especially for children or people with reduced mobility. The same precautions apply to the stairs leading to the flat.
