This establishment, located in the Conlie industrial estate, is a family-run business. The name comes from the father, Jean-claude EVENISSE, who ran a bar-tabac-restaurant for 30 years in Saint-Jean-d'Assé opposite the church square. Xavier Evenisse opened this business in March 2025 and hired his wife and two of his children. Xavier and Betty offer a range of starters, hot dishes, cheeses and desserts at a single price of €14.90 during the week and €21.90 at weekends and on public holidays.
