Between La Flèche and Le Mans, this former coaching inn dating from 1900 has been given a facelift to appeal to gourmets and encourage them to stop off.

Karine Lefriec, Head Chef, prepares traditional, refined and gourmet cuisine. Asparagus is served in season (April-June).
Chef Karine's specialities include roast pigeon with calf sweetbreads and foie gras on a bed of lentils, and chocolate soufflé à la carte.
The menus are traditional, attractive and reasonably priced. New dish of the day + dessert menu at €19 served exclusively at lunchtime (Tuesday to Friday) except public holidays, Menus from €24 except Sundays, €34, €38, €57 and children's menu and a few à la carte dishes.
