Just a stone's throw from the forest of Bercé and the Jasnières and Coteaux du Loir vineyards, the Silex Restaurant, with its elegant, refined cuisine, is run by two young chefs.
The cuisine is creative, bold and local.
The menus change with the seasons and the inspiration of the two chefs.
Maïté and Florent draw inspiration from their experiences and their many travels, which today have led them to their cuisine.
They are determined to use all the produce they can get their hands on, either from their own picking or from local producers, so the two chefs are moving towards a zero waste approach.
The inspiration and decor are pure, with a warm dining room, wooden tables and stone walls.
Just like the food, the restaurant's decor is raw and natural.

There are also a dozen seats on the terrace in fine weather.
