This is the kingdom of prunus, poplar, ginkgo-biloba, oak and laburnum.

Populated by remarkable trees, a meadow and two small woods were preserved during the urbanisation of the Gazonfier residential area.
Entrances via Rue de l'Eventail, Rue Alfred de Vigny and Rue Emile Augier. At the bottom of Gazonfier, a meadow has been laid out with playgrounds, ball pitches, table tennis tables and benches.
