Before the Park was created in 1976, this sunny hillside was planted with apple trees and vines, which produced a famous little wine. Around fifteen apple trees have remained and the garden has been organised with play areas and ponds. Despite this, the garden still has the look of the Sarthe bocage, with its large expanses of undulating grass, plane trees, lime trees and old oaks.
Entrance via Rue de Sargé, Rue des Maillets and Rue des Terrasses.
