Close to where the town's keep once stood, a section of the medieval wall offers a wonderful view of the cathedral's transept rose window. The garden features a collection of perennial and aromatic plants and a grassy lawn, as well as a model sundial from the Bollée factory (1882) and catapult balls (made of stone) left behind by the English in 1470.
